Adelphi Healthcare - Referral Bonus Policy

Adelphi Healthcare offers a Referral Bonus Program to reward individuals who refer qualified healthcare professionals for per diem, local, travel, and direct-hire assignments. Our goal is to connect with top nursing and allied talent through the help of our valued referrers.

How the Referral Process Works
1. Identify a Candidate: The candidate must meet minimum qualifications relevant to their discipline.
2. Submit a Referral: Provide full name, contact info, and credentials via the referral form or email.
3. Review & Placement: If hired for a contract or direct-hire role, you may be eligible for a bonus.
Referral Bonus Tiers

Each referral earns a bonus upon successful placement. Refer multiple qualified candidates to receive multiple bonuses.
Terms & Conditions
- Candidate Eligibility: Candidate must be new to Adelphi — not previously in contact or submitted.
- Hiring Window: Candidate must be hired within 6 months of your referral submission.
- Bonus Disbursement:
- Contract Assignments: Bonus is paid within 30 days of completing 120 hours within 6 months.
- Direct-Hire Placements: Bonus is paid within 30 days of completing the client’s guaranteed placement period (typically 6 months).
- Payment Method: Choice of check or direct deposit.
- Who Can Refer: External individuals only. Internal hiring staff, self-referrals, and agency/client HR are disqualified.
- Multiple Referrals: Only the first validated referral qualifies for a bonus.
- Tax Responsibility: Bonuses are taxable income. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Program Discretion: Adelphi may change or terminate this program at any time, with or without notice.
